Some examples of damaged components:

• Bent cards or game boards
• A game box that has been pierced or no longer closes
• Dice that are cracked or missing ink completely on one or more sides
• Permanently warped playmats

Slight cosmetic damage to components, such as dice scuffing or game boxes with dented corners or creases, will not be replaced. Additionally, we cannot control how a parcel carrier may handle your package, but if your game components are damaged beyond cosmetic issues, please email a support request to help@SJGames.com.
